About 5 months ago I ordered a 12 month subscription to Mens Health and Womens Health Magazines. About 2 months ago I called Discovery Mall who gave me the number for the magazine company. I called them and was told that orders are delayed due to them moving to the SAP system. That's OK... I said.
I received an SMS a week later saying my magazines are on the way.
Today is the 18/12/2013. When will I get my magazines? Next year? 2015? 2016? Please let me know.
I hate being kept in the dark, especially when it comes to money. So either deliver my magazines or refund my money.
I'm a reasonable guy but this wait is unacceptable, you guys are very quick to sell me products but very slow to deliver.
I was thinking of taking a life insurance with Discovery, but if you can't manage a simple task like delivering a magazine, then how much worst would your insurance be.
In future, stick to things you good at, like Medical Aid.
