Accutts, a total rip off

My family and i recently visited margate an got our accomodation through accutts, it was a total rip off, we were promised a beautiful sea view, but ony recieved a bad lagoon view obstructed by dead trees. When we arrived we noticed that the toilet seat was broken, which lead to it breaking off when it was used, we phoned and complained about the toilet seat and they replied and said it was okay, only to be billed for an entire toilet seat to be replaced. Upon recieving my bill, i saw i was charged for breaking the bedside table cuboard door, which we actually did not even use. Another thing that was unnacceptable was the couches that had nails sticking out of them, which pierced you when you sat on them and bugs that bit you when you sat on them, also the kitchen utensils were so old and rusted they were literally breaking as you used them. When we arrived back home, I phoned and compalined about the bad experience, i recieved such a bad attitude as she said, it was basically not her problem, she also said we are the first people to complain about the house, emplying that we are lying. For the large amount of money spent on the flat, it was a total waste of money. so unacceptable
