Applying for Blue Door option

Good day

I am trying to apply for the Blue Door option since the beginning of October. No one comes back to me, I have called several times, every time there is something missing. on the 6th of November, I have resend everything through again. And I have called again on the 12th of November, and it was still being processed.

I just want to know, should I rather by looking for another medical aid or will fedhealth call me?
