I ordered R2, 000 in SMS vouchers online on Tuesday the 10th in the hope that this would speed up delivery (24 - 48 hour turnaround) but despite two follow up calls and confirmation of my cell phone number AND a promise that they would be delivered immediately after my phone call - they still have not been delivered. And to top it off, they don't work weekends?
completely unhelpful and unprofessional.
