2 month query still not sorted

Hi

I need my query to be sorted asap...

I submitted invoices to Bonitas for money to be paid back to me.
I dealt with over 4 consultant and every time i've been told that it is in processing... Today i called again and i was told that there is information outstanding...

As far as i know, all the information requested was submitted...

I'm not impressed at all...
