My wife was admitted to hospital on a procedure approved by Bonitas (Authorisation no: 70530649). A claim was submitted by the practice and myself in january 2013 and february 2013 respectively. Since then i have made numerous calls to get a R3900 paid out. Every time its a different excuse and now they say that 4 months has expired and i cannot claim anymore. This is pathetic and unprofessional of a big company like bonitas. I have requested on numerous occasions that someone contact me to resolve this issue as the call centre agents are hopeless!
Referance no's: 280613 Q 0 KF 4 G, 280213 QS 59 RG. this only 2 of the numerous referance no's I have trying to get this sorted out and evrerytime there is no feedback from Bonitas. The only feedback i got was on a medical aid statement. World class customer service here by Bonitas!
