Last night we went to have dinner at what is supposedly one of Port Elizabeth's more upmarket restaurants. I called just after six to make a reservation, where I was told I got the last table availible. The evening started pretty well as this was a special occasion. We ordered our drinks and that came relatively promptly. thereafter we ordered starters and mains. our mains came all with salad instead of veg as we ordered. when the waitress came to check we told her that we got salad instead of veg. her response" oh did you get salad". ordering dessert, I ordered creme brule, worst one in this city. all runny and sugar was not melted. i sent it back and came back to the table exactly the same. I went to the cashdesk/ bar to ask for my bill. Some young girl walked past with a bill and I asked her if that was mine. she answered me as if io was stupid and then laughed about it. she walked past me again and once again laughed. Worst restaurant experience in my life. have been in the hospitality trade for 20 years and I know that this is not how one treats your patrons. Old Austria will never se me or anyone I know again. DISGUSTING!!!
