Practise 1005723 and 5802563 for dates 13 Dec and 20 Dec 2012. My dad went in for cataract surgery in December 2012. To date the account has not been paid by Bonitas/ Prime cure since the service was provided. I have been querying the payments since the beginning of the year and i cannot get a clear indication of when it will be paid. Upon calling the account dept and requesting feedback i keep getting the response that the matter has been escalated and it will be sorted. I have spoken to Bruno/Mabiso/Sibisisu and to date i have not received any feedback. Eugene the supervisor refuses to accept my call or call me back with any form of updates. My last call to Bruno, promising to call me back as the auth numbers are not listed on their systems has also fell on deaf ears.
