No cover for two months but I am exepcted to pay p

I have been contacting Discovery Medical Aid since September to change my Medical Aid to my personal capacity. I was asked to submit supporting documentation which I did. I followed up this week, only to find that I have not been covered for the past two months but if I would need to pay for the last two months, if I want my medical aid reinstated? What sort of nonsense is this??? I am wiilling to pay the premimus but I cannt be expeceted to pay for when I was not covered? Surely, I am not the only one who sees how ridiculous this is? Kindly treat as urgent. Also, my vitality has been discontinued without any warning and I find this extremely dissatisfactory service especially when I am willingto pay the monthly premium BUT for the months I am covered for. Worse is that a consultant named Kea Leso says, they tried callinmg me but I have no voice mail and my phone did not ring. Bad Service is one thing but to be to isjust insulting and in poor tatse!
