I just received a call from one of Discovery Health's service consultants who called me before her shift began to give me feedback on an inquiry I had concerning a refund. I never thought I would see the day where someone is so committed in a call centre environment where nowadays people think they are doing you a favour by doing there jobs. A big thank you to Lusanda Jajula for making me feel valued as a customer and giving me feedback when I didn't expect it and for WOW-ING me so early in the morning.
