Someone called me one Monday morning in November informing me that my medical aid had been cancelled and the reason for this is because there is some information that failed to disclose (after more than 6 months of taking my money and providing me with service that I can get somewhere else). I have called in about this but the agents always leave me hanging in the air. I need someone to call me and explain to me about the status of my medical aid.
