I joined Discovery keycare plus on the 1st of November 2013, when I filled in the application form there was no problems with me or my little girl of three years old. 3 days before my activation she started to have rectile bleading, I rushed her through to her pediatric and he wanted to admit her seeing that there was a lot of blood. We phoned Discovery and they said we need to wait till the 1st and the she can be admitted. The 1st of November we phoned them again, and the problem was even more seviere, they said we had to get medical disclosure forms from her pediatric and house doctor, which we did. Still not admitted, and more problems.By the monday they phoned me to say that I didnt disclose that she has rectile bleading problems and im being taken of the medical aid. I think thats rubbish, there was nothing to disclose as she didnt have any problems when I filled in my forms. Discovery you will never see me again and I will take it to the medical boards. My three year old was in a life threatening situasion and you did nothing but to kick me of the medical aid for nothing.
