Hospitalisation not being paid

I was admitted to Cape Gate Medi-Clinic on the 10th of September due to an emergency after my left hip dislocated, following bilateral hip replacements on the 22nd of July in the same hospital. My doctor confirmed the dislocation and I was admitted. On the 13th of September they operated and did another replacement. I was discharged on the 20th of September. After all this I was at least greatfull to have a hospital plan to cover everything, or atleast so I thought. I started getting notifications of non payments on the Saturday. When I called the call centre informed me I was only Pre authorised for the 10th and the hospital needed to sent the updated details from the 10th to the 20th of September. I called the hospital and they confirmed they have updated their records and sent this through. I was told that the authorisations department should update within 3 days. I called Discovery again on Thursday the 26th of September and the records were not updated yet. This is very frustrating! I have a hospital plan for instances like this. The hospital stay along with all in hospital treatments should be covered. Can someone please assist with this. Thank you Brigitte
