Last week Monday we decided to put our Afghan Hound to sleep, due to having a lung condition. We were absolutely devastated having to make a decision regarding the life of our beloved boy. I was in a bad state and called our vet Ramona at Olivedale, she immediately called the Fourways Vet Hospital Who was also very helpful. In a matter of minutes, she called me and comforted me. We then decided to go ahead with the euthanasia. The next day she called to see how we are doing and to say she would have done the same and that we made the right choice. A week later when we got home we found a hand written card from her with her condolences. Ramona thank you for beimg the best Vet and adding the personal touch too. We cant thank you enough for all the help and advice you so ever eagerly lend to us. At Olivedale Vet you are NOT just a Number but a part of a family. Thank you once again for your support and personal care. Your card just given us the peace of mind, knowing we made the right decision and knowing our Cruize is in a better place.
