I was in ICU for 3 weeks due to a heart attack. Only to find out now that Bonitas decided that rather than pay my account they will make the payment out of my day to day benefits. If I have to speak to one more person telling me that he will sent it through for review I'm going to scream. There is nothing to review they need to put the money back into my benefits.
Then I also get notified by pathcare that their is an outstanding amount but according to Bonitas they have paid everything. Now who do I believe.
