My family and I have been with BestMed for longer than 15 years. Do you know how many years we've spent trying to sort out their -ups? 15 years! Today was the last straw. I received a bill from my gynaecologist; they haven't paid 1 cent of any of my medical bills (which all relates to pregnancy). So, once again, I had to jump on the phone to fix it. After being kept on hold for 5 minutes every 2 minutes and being told that the sonars were not for pregnancy (is a call centre agent actually trying to tell me that I don't know when I'm pregnant and when someone sticks something up my yazoo?!). So, I'm done fixing problems, wasting time and airtime on problems that I didn't create. For the price we're paying every month I'm definately expecting better customer experience than a government department. STAY AWAY FROM BESTMED WHEN CHOOSING A MEDICAL AID!
