Efund for over billing

I opened up an account with spectra mend for medical aid in June, at first i didn't notice it but few months later i realized that i was paying R1667.00 instead of the R1186.00 i was quoted on by the lady that came to see me. i informed her in September and she said she would correct it about the problem and had to resubmit my information regarding my income in order for them to make the correction as they have placed me on the wrong package. only in December the correct amount went off and i am now wanting to know what is going to happen to the R2886.00 that is owed back to me... im phoning and emailing the lady everyday now and she can not give me a clear answer as the blame is being shifted from one department to the next... she told me that she is now the one the has to cover the cost and im not sure that is the right way to go about this matter, basically the incorrect information was processed and money was taken that should not have been taken i expect the funds to be returned ASAP into my account as i have been very patient for two months now going on three and demand an answer and solution to this problem
