Constant excuses in order to not pay a bill

I have repeatedly submitted an account from my GP. Fedhealth paid the consultation fee but said there was no ICD10 code for the procedure that I had done. I got an amended statement from my GP with the ICD 10 code on but it was handwritten, they would not accept it. I got an amended statement from my GP with the ICD 10 code above the procedure, they still will not accept it, it has to be on the same line. I get an email from Fedhealth stating that they are not paying because : 16 - Claim not paid as the patient was not an active member at the time of treatment, 28 - The patient was treated while the practice was not operative, 7 - Treatment date not provided BUT Fedhealth have already paid the consultation fee!!! Stop stuffing myself and my doctor around and just get on with paying for a claim that I submit, after all we pay very heavy fees to belong to your medical aid, surely give your clients service not pathetic run arounds!
