I still haven't recieved my medical aid card

I still haven't received my medical aid card after it was promised to be delivered to my home address. Originally it was sent to the Financial Advisors although I don't know who made that arrangement... Nonetheless it was supposed to be delievered to my home address after we sorted that mishap. But still nothing.
