Bankmed refusing to pay for diagnosis

For the last two years i have been having excruciating pain in my back and the chest. Previous stays at the hospital proved to be unsuccessful due to restrictions placed by Bankmed. The proper diagnosis was never reached. However in September 2013 the pain in my back was so bad that i had to bend to be able to walk. I still had pain in my chest but the back pain was overpowering. i went to Doctor BHUTT who purely from previous Xrays done and the pain i was in tried to admit me into hospital but this was declined . i was advised by the Call centre agent that i should take some pain medication . i was on pain medication for two years already approximately 10-15 stilpane a day to get through the day. I then decided to get my CT scans done which i paid for on my own and i took this back to the orthopaedic surgeon. He noticed a mass and some erosion damage on my spine . he tried to book me into hospital again. This was again declined. He then referred me to an oncologist. The oncologist also referred me to be admitted into hospital which was declined again. i asked for an email to explain why was the admission declined and have not received anything as yet
