Hospital Payment out of Day to Day Expenses

Hospital expenses get paid out of normal day to day when in hospital for the birth of a baby.
After phoning hospital, doctors and the medical aid still nothing is sorted out and or corrected??
You got medical aid for a specific reason and then you wonder why there are never funds available when you really need it.
Very unhappy that everybody just pull up their shoulders, because it feel likes no one care - it is not there problem I guess because it is not there medical bill, but wait till they are in the same position.
Unhappy with Bonitas and looking for another medical aid!!
