We redeemed 3 Groupon vouchers. It was a stressful & tiresome affair. We left feeling cheated by a dodgy business & a rude & condescending manager who did nothing to remedy the blatant inadequacies of her services. The Spa was GROSSLY overbooked. We were shuffled into rushed treatments, then given ridiculously long breaks (longer than the treatments itself). They were struggling to cope with the volume of guests by using a rotation system of sorts. We received no explanations & were just left to wait around. Infuriated by the loitering around, the poor service & the evasiveness of the staff I asked to speak to the manager, Lee-Anne, who wasn't on site. My sister voiced our complaints over the phone. Lee-Anne defended the awful service of her spa - we're Groupon customers, so we had to be patient & wait until they were ready to provide treatments. She also accused my sister of lying when she complained about the falsely advertised length of treatments. The Spa is a SHAM, it is a greedy business that is clearly not interested in its customers. The service & building itself was sloppy, all small indications about the kind of experience that one can expect to have there. STAY FAR AWAY!
