I bought a course of ten treatments on a special for R2000.00. They warned me that it was painful/uncomfortable before I started. Oh my, I had to drink pain tablets before the time, and even with that, could not stand the pain. I was burned from the infrared everytime, and very blue and bruised. After five treatments I told them that I could not continue because of the intense pain. They refuse to refund my money for the 5 treatments that I did not have, or even to let me purchase products for the R1000.00. They offered me a voucher, which I am not interested in. For three weeks I am sending messages and phone them, with no joy. One is not "allowed" to speak to the owner, as she is not speaking to the customers. She asked for my emailaddress, i gave that to them, but still no joy!!! Bad bad service...
