We bought a special for La farm spa and lodge which was for a VIP package. This was a complete and total joke!! The service was terrible, no one knew what was going on, the food was barely enough, all the drinks and snacks that were offered were not even seen! All the spa treatments were were done by unprofessional random people who did not know what they were doing!! The products used were terrible, the nail polish pealed off immediately. Towels were dirty, tools used for the pedicures and manicures had not been cleaned. The rooms used for the treatments were small and everyone was just shoved into one room. There was no order at all! The room we stayed in was falling apart. the shower door was broken, other things in the bathroom were falling apart too. Everything advertised was falsely done so as this was anything but a VIP or spa package and was just an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. We couldn't wait to leave!
