JUST CANNOT GET IT RIGHT

This is the second time this year that an account from Drs Du Buisson, Kramer, Swart etc - the Ampath Pathologists simply cannot get it right. Previously they sent an account with the wrong IC10 codes and the medical aid rejected it. I sent it back and asked them to put the correct codes in so that the medical paid would pay, but they ignored me but kept sending final demands. In the end, I simply paid the account but could not claim a refund from my medical aid due to their stupidity. Now I have received another account from them, this time relating to my daughter. The reason the medical aid rejected it this time is that the date of birth supplied is incorrect. I would think that my 26 year old daughter knows her birthday by now and completed the forms correctly, but they incorrectly input it into their computer. Again it will be impossible to get them to correct their error and I will simply have to pay again. The incompetence of these makes me sick. They are VERY quick to blacklist you if you don't pay, but make it impossible to claim from a perfectly good medical aid - so we end up paying twice (medical and and dr's bill) just to keep our credit record clean.
