I hand all of my test results and scans at Lake, Smith & Partners Amanzimtoti and asked them to transfer it to the Parklands Hospital where they need the results.
It got lost at the Amanzimtoti branch as the lady at the front desk, I think her name was Mary-Ann just throw it at the back.
Lake, Smith & Partners contact me regarding an outstanding amount. I reply with an e-mail that I will pay the amount as soon as they deliver my scans and results.
They never come back to me on this. The next moment they register me on ITC with the remark of bad debts.
I also send them an e-mail to find out what the amount is that is outstanding and I didn't received any feedback on this.
They also use different account numbers so you don't know where you are standing with them and if you phone the accounts department you are sitting with people with an bad attitude.
