My daughter is covered for her chronic condition and every 2nd month, I have to fight with Discovery about why her bills we not paid. They claim incorrect codes are submitted then they claim it's not covered. Its the SAME story every time! This morning I spent 30 minutes on he phone with them only to have them tell me the SAME thing I told them. They claim not to receive the correct submission yet, the NHLS have a reference number (2933345863) supplied by THEM to confirm that the claim was resubmitted with the correct codes. Please just pay the code so that this account can be removed from my name. This inconvenience is caused by Discovery's lack of communication. I have called them 5 times in the past month and every time the poor call center person have no idea what the happened. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. Please sort out you communication lines. I would love to see how fast this issue will be sorted.
