Honestly the worst company to import or export you animals with! They quote you an amount and then all of a sudden there are extra costs for this customs clearance, registration fees plus plus plus. Their quote is inaccurate and you should add approximately R6000 extra or that is what i had to add. Additional to this the staff are unprofessional and lacking in customer service. They are unable to reply to emails or phone calls never mind their inefficiency to answer questions. They refuse to give you all the details up front and i wish i went through another company who would have been more capable for handling my animals!
Do yourself a favor find someone else!! do not go through them, you will be disappointed!
