Ridiculous repair cost, refuse return of radio

My Navara radio had a cd jam, and Nissan Woodmead handed this to Fixtrade to quote repair three weeks ago. First quote was R7000 after 10 days, this was refused and the second quote was R4000 after an apparent 'punch error'. This was also refused and I requested for the radio to be returned. Today is the 3rd time they promise return but do not return the radio. Woodmead Nissan is just as frustrated but Nissan South Africa does not seem to be able to do anything
