Just a short message to compliment the staff at Bedford gardens Casualty Department. I recently had to get stitches done and they were nothing but professional and courteous. As we arrived around 8pm on a Thursday evening, the waiting room was full and the second doctor happened to finish off their shift, so the department was under some pressure to clear all their patients.
We filled in the relevant paperwork and waited patiently. It was a long wait but throughout the evening no less than four members of staff from the reception staff to the actual doctor himself came to apologise and assure us it wasn't much longer. This was very much appreciated as we felt like we were noticed and that we were being taken care of even if we were just waiting, not something that is standard these days.
All the nursing staff as well as the busy doctor were all very professional and ensured an excellent level of service. Well done Bedford gardens casualty department and thank you for your great service!
