Hi, I went to Bedford Gardens Hospital yesterday, to the casualty department, because my son couldn't breathe very well. He was freaking out, crying and they still made me fill out forms and make the payment. I put my iPad down next to me while I was making the payment and it was taken from right next to me. I had to rush my son to the X-ray Dept, he was vomiting as well, when I got back twenty minutes later, I asked about my iPad and two patients told me that the two people at reception had been seen asking who it belonged to, but when I asked, they told me they didn't know anything. Nobody cared at all, nobody tried to look for it and if they had seen it, they didn't bother to keep it behind the reception desk and wait to see if belonged to anyone. Firstly I realise it isn't their fault that some disgusting human being can take an iPad from a mother in distress, but the point of this complaint is that the hospital did nothing. It was a few minutes and it could have been prevented if they had notified security or even cared enough to try and look for it. I am disgusted at the lack of interest from the staff at Bedford Gardens hospital, they should have security measures in place.
