Sipho was very helpful and quite friendly. 31 minutes on the phone with him was painless. He knew exactly what to do, what to say to me and how to handle all my queries. He worked out the best premium for me which is very important as i was looking for something i could afford while covering all my assets. The guy deserves a Bell's :)
