Liberty Medical Scheme
Very poor service

I need to cancel my liberty medical scheme before the 1st of the month and i have mailed liberty 2 times already requesting assistance on how this can be done.. all i receive is an automated reply saying that feedback will be relayed shortly but i have not received a response . surely requests should be treated with some sort of urgency..

can someone please assist
