We checked in at Pine Lake on the 4th of December, on the first night the entire family got bitten all over, we informed housekeeping and they moved us to another unit. The problem persisted, housekeeping was once again informed of the issue where they proceeded to doom the unit, vacuum and wash our clothing in cold water. This still did not resolve the problem, we contacted the information desk on the 11th and told them that we wanted to leave because of the issue. We left on the morning of the 12th and was told we would be contacted by management. Until now we have not heard anything from management and would like to know when we will receive our refund as was agreed upon.
