3 Nights in a hotel rated as 4 stars. The breakfast is absolutely a night mare. The 1first day they told us to wait for 10 minutes as the diningroom was full. The 1st and 2nd day at breakfast where you have to order your eggs from a waiter, we waited ages. Both times the eggs were hard after we asked for soft eggs. The 1st morning we had finished all our other food before the eggs arrived. Not to even talk about the the dirty plates placed for us to use. I called the lady on duty, not only was the top plate dirty, but the other plates under it as well. The lifts are also a night mare.
Then, on 2 occasions I requested them, 14th to please look at my phone in room 508 as it does not work. The evening it still did not work, so I had to get dressed to go down to the manager on duty to find out why my toilet was not flusing. I requested him to please look into the matter of my phone. On the 15th, at 19h30 I wanted to order room service just to find out my phone was still not working. I had to dress once again to go and to go and order food. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Don't they care, how can this be 4 stars?
