All I want to do is speak to an assistant about a claim. I have literally phoned 5 times at various hours of the day on different days to try find a gap in the queue and each time I waited over 20 minutes and never got through to an assistant.
Before I cancel my membership with Medihelp I want to query that claim... I have emailed twice now for a cancellation form and all I receive is an automated response saying it has been taken care of and someone is seeing to it... clearly not.
It seems like it is a ghost town in that place. Would be cool if someone could just forward me a form not going to bother to even try call again. I just want out as soon as possible.
