It has been 3 years since we have changed the principal member details from my wife to myself. Multiple times we have had problems regarding the incorrect principal member. Last year I was able to claim my TAX for Medical aid but this year I cannot as I'm not the principal member. So I am losing my TAX return for this year.
FIX THIS ISSUE!!! It was supposed to be fixed 3 years ago and I continously have problems. When we changed the principal member we also changed the banking details. That has gone through because you want your money, but not the principal member change. How is that possible?
I hold Discovery liable for my medical aid TAX returns that I'm not recieving this year.
Please get your act together, or I'll be changing to another medical aid after 12 years of being a client... shows what you do to loyal clients.
