Incorrect billing & slow service

I made a booking for 11 adults & 5 kids, the meals took more than an hour to arrive, 6 adults ordered the eat as much as you can meat menu, the meat portions were served in mini portions and my guests complained about there plates being empty after every five minutes and had to wait for the next mini portion, eventually everyone lost their appetite. Finally the bill arrived with extra charges, only after we questioned it, it was voided. the manager knew we had an extra guest that did not eat as he questioned the guest himself but still billed us. my two friends arrived at around 21h30, ordered drinks at the bar downstairs and where told by the barmen the tab could not be added to the upstairs table bill, they paid for there drinks, we were charged again for there drinks, I've worked in the Food & Beverage industry for many years and have never seen such bad service & overcharged bills, if Rodizio's has stock control procedures you will find the drinks are in surplus stock, thats if the barmen are not wise enough to sell or the surplus stock. it's sad to see how a good business will get ruined due to poor management and controls
