I bought a groupon voucher for a pedicure and manicure.
Made a reservation as per groupon rules and as per etiquette.
2 days before my appointment Lynn contacts me to say the person that would have been the nail technician has resigned and my booking is now cancelled indefinitely.
I still have not been able to arrange an alternative date. I also have seen another groupon available although at a different branch.
I am hoping to resolve this issue before the groupon expires.
