We were a party of 11. On arrival at 18h00 we had to call a waiter over to take a drinks order. The order was only taken from some people, we had to get him back a couple of times before we all had a drink.
We ordered wine for the table that did not arrive, we had to ask again for our wine.
By 20h45 our mains were still not served. The portions of the mains were tiny for the price paid.
Coffee arrived before our dessert was served for which we also waited quite a while.
We were offered apple crumble for desert but were served a "doughy" apple tart/cake, we were told that that was apple crumble. One of our dessert orders did not arrive.
The waiters were totally incompetent although friendly.
Very disappointed as from the outside Morrells looks awesome, inside not so hot obviously.
