I would just Like to commend Thabo Maluleka, working @ the Bonitas Call Centre, for the Great Service, in the Way He handled a Few of my Queries. i am a Medical Aid Broker, and Quite Frequently phone the Call Centre for My Clients Queries, and every time that Thabo Assisted me, he managed to Solve my Queries, Very Efficiently.
Bonitas needs more Employees Like Thabo. Besides his Efficieny, he has an Excellent Attitude, no matter how Difficult the Situation is, he always has a Great Attitude:-) Excellent Sertvice Thabo. Hope your managers Value You, and keep Up the Good Work.
