Booking Problems with Frequent Guest

Good Morning

My wife and I stayed at the Garden Court South Beach in Sep 2013. The booking she made was through the Tsogo sun website. She made the booking via her Frequent guest details.

The booking itself indicated that it was rewardable and redeemable on the site and on our booking confirmation. She had used her Sun Rands at the time for the booking.

To date, the nights we booked (2 nights) have not been added to her profile.
She has also not received the Sun rands for the booking.
She sent an email enquiry and contacted the help desk (who took down her details but have not contacted her back with any feedback on their investigation).

We had the same problem when we made a booking for Feb 2013, and it was a hassle to get the nights added, the sun rands etc.

It proves to be quite challenging and frustrating with the call centre agents who are there to supposedly help are not clued up, and often provide the incorrect advice and or comments.

We would like this resolved and investigated.
