I dont understand but i had very bad service from your reservations and reception department when i called in to make a booking, and i wondered if this person is going to receive the very same attitude that i got from your employees. I called to make a booking and requested an invoice, i spoke to a guy cant remember his name, and the booking wasnt made because i wasnt given a reservation number, i dont know who he was trying to fool, i called again and this lady gave such an attitude, i had to repeat information to her several times, i could hear she didnt want to assist me, she gave me such bad attitude, and my other point is how come she sends me a pro forma invoice not as an attachment, i mean this is ridiculous, how do you expect people to come back to the hotel when the stuff doesnt have a welcoming attitude.
