Firstly, I don't understand why I must always resort to complaining here in order to get a response from you people... This is the 3rd time in 3 months that I am complaining on this site about the same thing and it is pathetic, in fact this is disgusting service! I pay a LOT of money every month and I expect to get service when I need it, not to have emails ignored, especially when it has been sent to a direct email address. If you are not going to get back to me today, at least acknowledge that you received my email for pete sake! You will lose a lot of clients if this is the service you are going to deliver. Jack up or get rid of incompetent staff.
So once again- Will someone give me feedback before I lose my mind!
