With reference to my complaints since June 2013, nothing had be finalized untill 11October 2013 and we as MEMBERS paid our doctor and for medicine since mentioned date. Here is Bonitas last e-mail:
"101013QB7PPS - Hello Peter Complaint Feedback - 15946 [MI273939332]Therefore based on the above the claims for Dr Bruning for services rendered on 18 March 2013 and 17 September 2013 have been referred to our APMB department for review, as the services rendered were for a PMB condition. Feedback will be provided in due course."
We apologise for any inconvenience or frustration that this experience has caused you.
We paid for SEVEN (7) MONTHS without medical aid from Bonitas. Give us urgent reply please.
