With reference to your (Bonitas) e-mail dated 1/5/2013 under Ref.nr.290413QX2NOG on the Break-Down and Allocation Amount for NON-PMB and my follow-up e-mail dated 29/4/2013 referred.
The money on the mentioned Break-Down list should be used for Chronic Medicine for the abovementioned persons (members) and NOT from the ALLOCATION for OVER THE COUNTER Medicine.( NON-PMB).
Your e-mail/letter with the Medicine Access Card dated 23/5/2013 refers.
With the abovementioned information we request the Over The Counter Funds (NON-PMB) be credited by the FUNDS wrongfully used as mentioned on the Break-Down List you sent us.( Your ref. Nr.290413QX2NOG of 1/5/2013). That funds are budgeted by Bonitas under Chronic Medicine for the members and not under NON-PMB.We are waiting on your reply and the re-allocations of funds urgently because I need the medicene today (9/10/2013) as per doctor per presciption.
