To my complaint since January 2013-5December 2013 this is what Bonitas Team reply on 15/1/2013, 29/4/2013, 26/9/2013, 10/10/2013, 22/10/2013, 12/11/2013 and 27/11/2013: "Hello charles47, We acknowledge receipt of your message. This matter has been escalated to the relevant manager for urgent attention. Kindly note that you will be contacted by a service expert who will advice how this matter will be resolved. Best regards
Bonitas team" We pay Bonitas every month of 2013 but have to pay the doctors/medicine. Finalized my complaint and claim please.
