I stayed for two nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Umhlanga. At check-in we settled the bill for the two nights stay and yet at checkout they informed us that THEY billed us incorrectly and there is still an amount outstanding. After a pleasant stay with beautiful views this just made the WHOLE visit unpleasant. If they employ receptionist that can't perform her duties correctly, why make it the guest's problem. Safe to say, we will NOT be making use of Holiday Inn again - Umhlanga or any other - or be recommending them to any family, friends or business client's.
