I somehow made a mistake with dates for a booking.By the time I realised, it was too late (when I got a mail asking me to review my stay when I havent yet been there). I didn't ask them for a refund but instead to rather change my booking to a few nights later, which would have been 1 night and not 2 (score for them). They declined.
I think this is terrible service and they have no idea about the hospitality Industry.
They will never see my money again.
