My friend was admitted to Flora Clinic at around 12:30, when I arrived at 18:45 no nurse gave her water/ any attention and asked what her problem was, why is she there? She has got a blood clot and her leg and foot had no pulse/blood flow. When she asked for a headache tablet and water the request was ignored. Only when I arrived to visit at night and demanded water did she get it. The bath was so filthy she couldn't have a bath, when she requested something to clean it with the response was "they have to wait for the cleaning staff" Her dinner was ice cold and the over all care and attitude of the staff is horrific. The Dr was apparently to busy to see her and when he got to her, even him could not understand why no one told him she was there!!!
I find Flora clinic to be filthy, disgusting and worse than a state hospital, if the nurses don't want to be there, then find someone who does care about people and their job. I will make sure i NEVER go to Flora clinic. She also requested something to help her sleep which once again was ignored. Where is the health care in this country going to end up with this "previously disadvantaged" that have no idea what they doing!
